Mascot Team Member Gets a Call-Up to the Big Show
In Arizona, Evin dreamed of becoming her high-school mascot, but her tumbling skills weren’t varsity ready.
“I couldn’t do a backflip,” she sighs.
So she took on an after-school job at Whataburger instead. Turns out, she was a rockstar there, wowing guests, and making everyone’s day a little bit better.
And, her mascot dreams came true, after all — with a recurring role as WhataGuy. She was a natural, and so great that, with the help of some major-league partners, Evin got her shot at the majors.
