Operating Partner Horace Henry says, “What you see is what you get,” when describing himself.
That means people coming through the doors of Unit 1157 in San Antonio are getting a “breath of fresh air,” his “high standards,” and a “fun environment.”
Horace came to the U.S. from Jamaica and enlisted in the Air Force right after high school. A friend hired him at Whataburger three days after he completed his service in 2018.
He quickly moved from Team Member to Team Leader to Manager. When he said he was interested in becoming an Operating Partner, they told him, “The road is yours.”
