Want a lesson on leadership? Whataburger Training Coordinator Nicole Jackson might just suggest adding “What Have You Done For Me Lately?” to your playlist.

“The best piece of advice I’ve received was: “Always remember, you are only as good as the day you are in,” Nicole says. “Make an impact daily. My mentor knew I loved music, so he gave me this song to remember this by.”

Nicole started with Whataburger as a restaurant manager 21 years ago, and says caring about her team and seizing the day has helped her elevate to training coordinator.

Now, she’s developing other leaders.
