DE&I is essential as we grow our footprint and celebrate progress toward creating life-changing job and career opportunities.
This commitment includes our Family Member Resource Groups, employee-led groups aimed at creating a culture that fosters inclusivity and builds community.
These groups provide personal and professional support to their members and development and learning opportunities through quarterly virtual sessions that connect members across Whataburger’s 14-state footprint. Our current Family Member Resource Groups include Adelante!, our Hispanic leadership group, the Black Leadership Network and Women of Whataburger. We will continue to add Family Member Resource Groups as we grow the program.
