Whataburger's WhataWedding Vow Renewal Terms & Conditions

JAN. 17, 2020 -- Vow Renewal Offer Terms & Conditions

The vow renewal offer is not a contest, sweepstake, giveaway, or any other similar kind of promotion. There are no “entries,” and there is no skill, chance, or prize associated with this offer. Instead, the vow renewal offer is simply Whataburger’s way of helping members of the community share the love this Valentine’s Day by providing an officiant to perform vow renewals at the specified Whataburger locations between the hours of 4 pm – 6 pm on February 14, 2020. If a couple wishes to renew their wedding vows at one of the specified Whataburger restaurants, one of them must complete the information form, below. Vow renewal participants will not be randomly selected, nor is there any skill associated with being able to participate in a vow renewal event at Whataburger on February 14, 2020. Instead, all vow renewals will be offered at the specified Whataburger locations on a “first come, first serve” basis. Specifically, vow renewal participants will be assigned a particular time and location for the renewal based on the timing in which the vow renewal submission was received. There is no minimum or maximum number of vow renewals that may be performed as part of this offer. Instead, the number of vow renewals will be dictated by the number of vow renewals that can be accommodated at the applicable location within the allotted time period. Walk-ups for vow renewals are not permitted. Finally, Whataburger may end the vow renewal offer at any time and in its sole discretion.

ABOUT WHATABURGER:

Whataburger has focused on its fresh, made-to-order burgers and friendly customer service since 1950 when Harmon Dobson opened the first Whataburger as a small roadside burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas. Dobson gave his restaurant a name he hoped to hear customers say every time they took a bite of his made-to-order burgers: “What a burger!” Within the first week, people lined up around the block for his 25 cent, 100 percent beef burgers served on five-inch buns. Today, the company is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, with more than 830 locations in 10 states with sales of more than $2 billion annually. Visit www.whataburger.com for more information.
